About the Role

We are looking for a junior marketer to join the Performance Marketing team at iwoca, a company that provides flexible finance solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises. In this role, you will manage the Paid Social creative process and work with senior team members to scale the channel across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage the pipeline of new creative with in-house designers and external agency resources
→Work with Senior Paid Social manager to define creative strategy and translate customer insights into creative direction
→Build and manage campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok ads manager
→Monitor and optimise performance across platforms, creative assets, and landing pages
→Report channel performance on a weekly/monthly basis to stakeholders
→Own dashboards in Looker, leveraging channel data for efficient test monitoring
→Explore new opportunities to enhance performance marketing

Requirements

✓A passion for storytelling and content on social media
✓Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas for customer acquisition
✓Strong copywriting skills and an excellent eye for detail
✓Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable recommendations
✓Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
✓Well-organised with effective time management skills
✓Strong commercial acumen
✓Experience working with social media creative, including partnerships with influencers and creators (preferred)
