JetBrains is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support the growth of its Enterprise B2B organization. This role involves full-cycle hiring for enterprise sales and support roles across international locations, working closely with hiring managers and contributing to hiring strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own full-cycle recruitment for enterprise sales and support roles

Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience recruiting for business or go-to-market roles
- ✓Experience hiring across international markets, ideally within Europe
- ✓Familiarity with European talent markets
- ✓Strong sourcing skills and the ability to engage candidates proactively
- ✓The ability to work effectively with different stakeholders and adapt to changing priorities
- ✓Professional proficiency in English
