About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join the Enterprise B2B organization at JetBrains. This role involves full-cycle hiring for enterprise sales and support roles across international locations, with opportunities to shape recruiting processes in a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own full-cycle recruitment for enterprise sales and support roles
- →Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategies, and timelines
- →Proactively source and engage candidates across multiple markets
- →Ensure a consistent, positive, and inclusive candidate experience
- →Help improve recruiting processes, tools, and ways of working
- →Contribute market insights to support hiring decisions and workforce planning
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience recruiting for business or go-to-market roles (such as Sales, Business Development, Customer Engineering, or Customer Success)
- ✓Experience hiring across international markets, ideally within Europe
- ✓Familiarity with European talent markets (for example, the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, or similar)
- ✓Strong sourcing skills and the ability to engage candidates proactively
- ✓The ability to work effectively with different stakeholders and adapt to changing priorities
- ✓Professional proficiency in English
