Key Responsibilities
- →Manage performance marketing agencies; audit ad structures, challenge CPAs, and enforce continuous optimization across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
- →Own the full funnel from ad click to checkout; run A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
- →Identify and scale channels beyond paid social, including influencers, SEO, partnerships, and referrals.
- →Lead creative direction using performance data, not aesthetics.
- →Guide the Creative Team to iterate on formats and messages that convert.
- →Localize brand messaging for two distinct markets: Community-driven Lebanon & Expat, convenience-driven UAE
- →Design and optimize lifecycle marketing flows (email/SMS: onboarding, engagement, win-back).
- →Work closely with the Customer Experience team to analyze behavior, reduce churn, and increase LTV.
