About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Portfolio Manager to join Beyers Koffie NV. This role involves managing customer relationships, contracts, and commercial strategies to drive sales and profit growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the customers portfolio and ensure compliance with contractual agreements
- →Manage the tenders process, negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms
- →Responsible for the annual budgeting and forecasting processes
- →Support cash collection for Credit accounts
- →Prospect actively for new private label and co-manufacturing clients
- →Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients
- →Provide vision on market strategies and align company strategies with clients’ aims
- →Develop commercial strategic plans for customers to increase annual sales and profit
- →Organise yearly market reviews with customers
- →Manage activities related to category sales strategies
- →Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through close cooperation with internal partners
- →Work with other Sales Managers to maintain coherence
- →Apply quality and safety policies within the Department
