About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join Joko, a tech company and certified B Corp revolutionizing shopping. This role is instrumental in our growth, helping us build an outstanding team as we scale globally, with a strong focus on the US.

Key Responsibilities

→Innovate and implement recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent
→Utilize diverse sourcing techniques to proactively identify and engage potential candidates
→Streamline recruitment processes using Ashby, our Applicant Tracking System
→Foster relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, associations, and job boards
→Create a dynamic and engaging hiring process, promoting the Joko culture
→Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and co-create effective job descriptions
→Work closely with the Marketing team to align employer branding with our brand strategy
→Develop robust evaluation tools such as scorecards and interview grids
→Standardize training programs for hiring managers to ensure a consistent interview process

Requirements

✓At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in a fast-growing and/or tech environment
✓Experience building robust processes and participating in dynamic hiring efforts
✓Strong data-driven approach with expertise in interpreting and utilizing key hiring metrics
✓Ability to position yourself as a Business Partner, accompanying and training Hiring Managers
✓Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken
✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✓Strong ability to build and maintain relationships
✓Passion for people-related topics and dedication to team growth
✓Highly structured with a keen attention to detail
