About the Role
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This role is responsible for expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth through the full sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage a sales pipeline and all supporting activities from prospecting to closing
- →Establish a presence in the West territory and develop marketing and networking plans
- →Proactively prospect for new business using market research and sales tools
- →Communicate our value proposition effectively to potential customers
- →Suggest innovative sales ideas and advocate for product development
- →Be an ambassador of Justworks and its solutions
- →Travel within the Phoenix and Greater Phoenix, AZ areas
Requirements
- ✓Minimum of 2 years experience in an Account Executive position
- ✓1-year experience managing a complete sales cycle and closing
- ✓Experience in B2B lead generation in a high-velocity setting
- ✓Experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn SalesNavigator, and ZoomInfo
- ✓Cold-calling experience required
- ✓Hunter mentality focused on new prospects and closing deals
- ✓Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ✓Ability to simplify complex topics
- ✓Able to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- ✓Willing to travel 25% within the territory
