About the Role
You will play a central role in ensuring the smooth supply of our stores as a Logistics Store Support Specialist. You will ensure that orders, deliveries, and internal processes are managed efficiently and all relevant information is correct. With your organizational skills and understanding of logistics processes, you will support our stores to be optimally operational at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- →Store actions & order management: You will plan actions, create orders, check schedules, and prepare order lists
- →Delivery coordination: You will ensure that internal materials and store goods are delivered on time and correctly
- →Bill of Materials (BOM): You will control complex orders with multiple individual items and ensure smooth processing
- →Transport data & deviations: You will analyze TDR information, track deliveries, and identify discrepancies
- →Invoicing & billing: You will check and confirm correct invoicing for sea and land transport
- →Customs & documentation: You will prepare import and export documents and ensure their accuracy
- →Supplier communication: You will obtain certificates and necessary documents and clarify open points
- →Item movements: You will monitor the correct recording of all goods movements in the system
- →Order processing: You will coordinate orders from recording to implementation
- →Damage cases: You will process claims for damaged items and document all relevant information
