Kaiko provides financial data products and solutions across four main pillars:
1. Data Feeds: We gather, organize, and distribute market data from over 100 centralized finance (CeFi) and decentralized finance (DeFi) trading platforms to give our clients a comprehensive view of the digital asset markets.
2. Analytics: We operate blockchain infrastructure to collect, process, and distribute detailed market data directly from DeFi protocols, giving our clients a comprehensive view of the DeFi market.
3. Monitoring: Market-level solutions enabling oversight of DeFi markets, CeFi markets, and blockchain-level details like trades, transactions, and supply.
4. Kaiko Indices: Trusted benchmark rates and indices for financial professionals and product issuers, compliant under European Union Benchmark Regulation (EU BMR) regulation.
Our dedicated research arm, Kaiko Research, produces publications read by thousands of industry professionals and cited in the worldβs leading media organizations. It provides original insights and in-depth analysis on crypto markets using Kaikoβs data and products.

About The Role
The Client Operations Analyst will report to the Global Product Operations Team Lead at Kaiko and will have the following Missions & Responsibilities:
β Technical Account Management: build and maintain relationships with existing clients by collaborating with external teams to facilitate client initiatives and identify new business opportunities.
β Client Support: engage with clients and internal stakeholders to promote effective implementation and usage of products. As part of the support function, client operations analysts collect feedback from clients, partners, and sales directors, and relay it to internal product managers to facilitate continuous product and service improvements.
β DevOps: Build and deliver custom client-specific solutions which are not standardized offerings, and do not necessarily require full productization.Β
β Production Monitoring: Build, maintain and enrich the monitoring framework, react to alerts generated by such monitoring, support deliveries and product improvements through supplemental documentation, arbitration, and testing; For new Products: support marketing launch through dedicated case studies and go-to-market strategy development with sales; and ensure Client Operations readiness for new products. For defect deliveries: communicate around updates and resolution, produce resolution client operational communication, conduct post-mortem when applicable.
β Solution Engineering: work closely with the Revenue team to support the sales cycle by confirming solutions with prospects by combining Kaiko data products and delivery channels to address client needs and use cases. Collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders towards a successful solution designSupport Sales in building the client proposals.
About You
β Bachelorβs degree in finance, economics or related area preferred
β A driven individual who is genuinely curious, reliable, and trustworthy
β High energy, comfortable communicating on the phone, and ability to effectively manage objections in client relationship
β Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β Creative problem-solving skills, and ability to diagnose issues and develop solutions
