About the Role
The Assistant Director of Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Operations will lead key systems and initiatives to strengthen KIPP Columbus' Talent function. This role manages recruitment processes for School-Based and Regional team members while overseeing employment branding, internal mobility, and referral strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage recruitment portfolio from sourcing through offer acceptance
- →Conduct resume screening, phone screens, and structured interviews
- →Partner with hiring managers to design interview plans and selection processes
- →Maintain and improve standardized hiring workflows and candidate tracking tools
- →Build and maintain recruitment dashboards for pipeline health and metrics
- →Design and manage initiatives that strengthen KIPP Columbus' employment brand
- →Own and manage the employee referral program
- →Lead recruitment-related initiatives across multiple teams
Requirements
- ✓Strong systems-oriented thinking with excellent execution skills
- ✓Experience managing recruitment systems and processes
- ✓Ability to drive initiatives across teams without formal authority
- ✓Experience with employment branding and talent pipeline development
- ✓Proficiency with recruitment tools like SmartRecruiters
- ✓Ability to analyze recruitment data and identify trends
- ✓Experience with internal mobility and referral program management
