About the Role
Join KnowBe4, a cybersecurity company that empowers organizations worldwide with its AI-driven Human Risk Management platform. As an SMB Sales Representative, you'll build relationships with small and mid-sized businesses, driving new business acquisition and helping them strengthen their security posture.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive new customer acquisition through strategic cold calling, networking, and high-level prospecting
- →Conduct compelling online demos of KnowBe4's Security Awareness Training Platform
- →Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers
- →Identify key decision makers and qualify opportunities effectively
- →Execute strategic deal management, including pricing negotiations

Requirements
- ✓1-3 years of software (SaaS) sales experience to Small Medium Businesses
- ✓Familiarity with IT Security concepts
- ✓Experience with Salesforce CRM + Gmail
- ✓Network+ or Security+ certification preferred
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Bachelor's degree preferred
