About the Role
We are looking for a Solutions Consultant to join our team at Kustomer, a leading conversational CRM platform. This role involves transforming how businesses engage with their customers and collaborating with a team of innovative minds in customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work closely with Sales teams to deliver appropriate solutions and establish credibility with customers
- →Evangelize Kustomer platform value to business and IT executives
- →Assess business requirements and deliver findings, including pain points and proposed solutions
- →Develop technical sales strategies
- →Configure and demonstrate solutions tailored to each customer's business
- →Map RFI/RFP requirements to software solutions
- →Scope, manage, and execute customer pilots and Proof of Concepts
- →Influence new product development using existing solutions
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of Mid Market/Enterprise software selling experience
- ✓Ability to support clients on the East Coast
- ✓Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation, and writing skills
- ✓CRM, Contact Center, or Customer Service Experience is highly desired
- ✓Demonstrated understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, Webhooks, APIS, and JavaScript
- ✓Outstanding problem-solving skills
- ✓Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience
- ✓Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- ✓May include traveling up to 30% of the time
