About the Role

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join Launch Potato, a profitable digital media company reaching over 30M monthly visitors. This role focuses on delivering actionable business intelligence and strategic insights that drive revenue and margin growth across our digital properties.

Key Responsibilities

→Clean, standardize, and document stakeholder-facing dashboards in Looker with aligned definitions and metrics
→Identify and resolve inconsistencies or discrepancies in reporting logic
→Partner with FP&A and product teams to ensure alignment between financial and operational data
→Deliver ad hoc strategic analyses with clear financial or strategic recommendations
→Lead and document improvements to core Looker Explores or dashboard structures

Requirements

✓Experience in BI, analytics, or marketing/data science roles with digital marketing exposure
✓Experience in digital media or performance marketing industries
✓Advanced SQL and Looker proficiency
✓Strong business acumen and cross-functional communication skills
✓Minimum of 5 years in business intelligence or analytics in digital media or performance marketing
