About the Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst - GTM to join MaintainX, the world's leading Asset and Work Intelligence platform. You will use your expertise in analysis and BI to uncover valuable insights informing the marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

→Partner directly with marketing stakeholders as their trusted analytics partner
→Build, maintain, and enhance marketing BI infrastructure including dashboards and reporting systems
→Create and manage weekly/monthly performance reports and executive dashboards
→Ensure data quality and governance by maintaining clean data flows from marketing platforms
→Build tools and dashboards to enable self-service analytics for marketing teams
→Support ad hoc reporting requests for time-sensitive marketing decisions
→Assist with budget setting and related reporting
→Present dashboards, results, and recommendations

Requirements

✓Bachelor's degree in Economics, Commerce, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a similar field
✓4+ years of professional experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or Marketing Analytics professional in B2B SaaS
✓Deep expertise in marketing data, funnel metrics, and attribution
✓Builder mindset with focus on scalability, governance, and documentation
✓Strong communicator able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
✓Strong proficiency in Tableau and Salesforce
✓Excellent SQL skills and experience with database management systems and pipelines
