About the Role

We are looking for a Solutions Architect, Professional Services to deliver AI security solutions to enterprise customers. This role involves hands-on delivery work in customer environments, guiding customers from initial technical discovery through successful deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• →Lead technical discovery workshops to map customer AI agent deployments, identify security gaps, and define solution requirements
• →Design end-to-end AI security architectures covering agent identity, token management, fine-grained authorization, and human-in-the-loop controls
• →Configure and deploy Okta AI security capabilities in production
• →Translate implementation learnings into reusable patterns and product requirements
