About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our client's growing sales team at a US-based SaaS company specializing in data privacy and security. This role involves generating new leads and meeting sales targets for qualified meetings.

Key Responsibilities

→Generate new leads through cold calling (50+ calls per day), email outreach, and LinkedIn
→Meet or exceed sales targets for setting qualified meetings
→Utilize CRM (Hubspot) and sales tools to track sales performance, manage the pipeline, and maintain client information
→Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs
→Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or another relevant field
✓2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience as a BDR or a similar outbound sales role
✓Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Level C1-C2)
✓Proficiency in cold calling (50+ calls per day), email, and LinkedIn outreach to the US, UK, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand companies
✓Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
✓Proficiency in using CRM and sales software (Hubspot, SalesNav, Apollo, Seamless, etc.)
✓Ideally, knowledge of Data Privacy, Data Security, GDPR, and CCPA
✓Ability and willingness to work ET hours
