About the Role
We are seeking a Remote ADU Consultant to join our high-performing sales team. You will manage inbound B2C leads in the growing ADU design and construction market, guiding clients through the full sales process from initial contact to customized solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Run client phone calls and conduct sales presentations
- →Meet and exceed sales quotas and KPIs
- →Manage the top of the funnel from initial contact to qualification and follow-up
- →Engage with new and existing clients to maintain a high conversion rate
- →Collaborate with internal teams to tailor client solutions
- →Leverage AI, CRM, dashboards, and automation tools for pipeline management
- →Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and skill development
Requirements
- ✓At least 1 year of successful B2C sales with a track record of meeting targets
- ✓Experience with CRM systems, dashboard analytics, and AI tools
- ✓Full professional working proficiency in American English (C1-C2)
- ✓A completed bachelor’s degree or higher
- ✓Strong work ethic and maturity
- ✓Fluency in Ukrainian, Russian, or another Slavic language preferred
- ✓Knowledge of ADUs or residential construction is a bonus
- ✓US market experience is a bonus
