About the Role
We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to own our Nordic territory and help drive growth at Leapwork, a leading global AI-powered visual test automation solution.
Key Responsibilities
- →Generate qualified pipeline through targeted new logo acquisition and expansion within assigned accounts
- →Collaborate with marketing, channel, and alliances teams to accelerate pipeline growth
- →Build and execute strategic account plans for assigned accounts
- →Drive a consultative, value-based sales process focused on business outcomes
- →Engage C-level stakeholders and build long-term relationships
- →Work cross-functionally to tailor solutions and ensure customer experiences
- →Share market insights and customer feedback to inform strategy
- →Consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Requirements
- ✓Proven track record in enterprise software sales (ideally SaaS)
- ✓Experience closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals over $100K+ ACV
- ✓Success in generating and closing new enterprise logos
- ✓Experience with partner and channel sales models
- ✓Deep understanding of enterprise sales methodologies
- ✓Strong business acumen and ability to navigate large organizations
- ✓Strong financial drive with history of achieving top earnings
