About the Role

We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our UK based EMEA Enterprise Sales Team at Leapwork. This role focuses on driving growth by acquiring and expanding relationships with the world's largest enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

→Proactively generate qualified pipeline through targeted new logo acquisition and driving expansion within assigned accounts
→Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage campaigns, events, and webinars to accelerate pipeline growth
→Partner with the channel and alliances team to identify and close opportunities through technology partners
→Maintain a high standard of pipeline coverage and accuracy in Salesforce
→Build and execute strategic account plans for assigned accounts
→Drive a consultative, value-based sales process rooted in business outcomes
→Engage C-level stakeholders and build long-term relationships across IT, QA, and Business Operations
→Work closely with Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Product and Channel teams
→Share market insights and customer feedback to inform go-to-market strategy and product roadmap
→Consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
