About the Role
We are looking for a Claims Technical Training Specialist to build and deliver exceptional learning experiences across Retail Protection Claims. This role focuses on strengthening technical capability and enhancing customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and deliver high-quality technical training to new and experienced claims assessors
- →Create and update training content, materials and evaluation methods that align with Claims philosophy
- →Provide technical guidance and coaching on complex claims including Death, Critical Illness, Terminal Illness, PTD and Income Protection
- →Support assessors through case checking, constructive feedback and tailored development
- →Identify training needs through recruitment activity, performance insights and customer feedback
- →Build and maintain strong working relationships with Claims, Underwriting, Legal, Conduct, Reinsurers and other stakeholders
- →Embed regulatory expectations, good customer outcomes and best practice across all training activity
- →Contribute to the development of the Claims Technical Academy by researching and implementing new training approaches
