About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team. This role focuses on managing complex customer relationships and driving retention, adoption, and value realization.

Key Responsibilities

→Own and lead complex, high-value customer relationships
→Develop deep understanding of customer business objectives
→Serve as a trusted advisor to senior customer stakeholders
→Lead strategic Business Reviews and synthesize data
→Design and execute customized adoption and engagement strategies
→Identify patterns across accounts to surface expansion opportunities
→Provide advanced product guidance and contribute to product discussions
→Partner with Onboarding, Support, Services, and Product teams

Requirements

✓7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related SaaS role
✓Proven success managing complex, enterprise, or strategic customer relationships
✓Strong understanding of SaaS business models, ARR, retention, and expansion drivers
✓Demonstrated ability to operate independently and solve non-routine problems
✓Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
✓Experience using CRM and CS platforms like Salesforce and Gainsight
✓High level of comfort partnering cross-functionally
