About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer to join our Product Research and Design team at Level Access, a leader in digital accessibility. This role focuses on enhancing product experiences for both internal and external users through human-centered design.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design accessible, intuitive user experiences that meet high standards for usability and inclusivity
- →Own end-to-end design for assigned features, demonstrating autonomy and accountability
- →Contribute to and evolve the design system for consistency and scalability
- →Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- →Apply short- and long-term design strategies to support product lifecycle goals
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience in product design, including end-to-end development and design systems
- ✓Proven ability to use data and research to guide design decisions
- ✓Skilled in design discovery, problem framing, and solution definition
- ✓Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across disciplines
- ✓Demonstrates initiative and adaptability with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- ✓Working knowledge of UX research practices and experience applying insights to design
