About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join Level Access, a company transforming how organizations ensure digital accessibility. This role is at the front line of our mission to make digital experiences more inclusive.

Key Responsibilities

→Drive revenue pipeline growth by exceeding monthly targets for booking high-quality meetings with potential customers
→Conduct strategic, multi-channel outreach through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, video messaging, and more
→Partner closely with Account Executives and Marketing to execute targeted prospecting campaigns
→Learn and clearly communicate Level Access’ value proposition to key decision-makers
→Provide actionable feedback to sales and marketing teams to optimize messaging and campaigns
→Ensure data integrity by accurately maintaining prospect information in Salesforce and other sales tools

Requirements

✓1+ years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or related fields
✓Fluent in German
✓Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
✓Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset
✓Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn, and other sales engagement tools is a plus
✓A team player mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
