About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to join our Industry Solutions team. This role involves developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns within the commercial Natural Resources Sector Industries.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop and coordinate integrated marketing campaigns and tactics
→Create campaign assets including messaging, collateral, and digital content
→Lead and support event messaging and execution as part of integrated campaign plans
→Support third-party campaigns such as industry tradeshows and sponsorships
→Deliver campaign assets on time and within budget
→Work with marketing and industry managers to ensure consistent tactical delivery
→Track campaign progress and manage activity reports and ROI analytics
→Provide holistic views of campaign performance to managers and industry teams
→Establish best practices with marketing automation, analytics, creative lab, and events teams

Requirements

✓5+ years of marketing experience in B2B or B2C fields
✓Knowledge of marketing principles, campaign management, and process improvement
✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✓Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities
✓Understanding of CRM, social media, business intelligence, and project management
✓Strong decision-making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills
✓Ability to travel up to 20% during peak periods
✓Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
