About the Role
The Marketing Manager will develop and execute strategic marketing plans to attract and retain customers across B2B2C retail and B2C online and offline channels. This role requires a data-driven approach to optimize customer activation and retention while leading market research efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and execute local marketing strategy with end-to-end budget ownership
- →Drive in-store marketing across thousands of retail points of sale
- →Align on joint marketing strategies with B2B retail partners and OEMs
- →Ensure coherent brand and messaging throughout the customer journey
- →Coordinate with suppliers and sales teams to ensure quality materials at all points of sale
- →Create marketing campaigns to attract customers and raise brand awareness
- →Ensure strong local brand identity in PR and customer campaigns
- →Drive B2C business through retail and digital campaigns
- →Analyze and optimize customer activation, engagement, and retention
- →Assist country leadership in expansion plans and new service launches
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or advertising
- ✓5+ years of experience in data-driven marketing with a focus on growth, brand, and 360 marketing
- ✓Proven track record of delivering commercial KPIs
- ✓Familiarity with SQL analysis and Google Suite
- ✓Strong project management skills for marketing programs
- ✓Experience in scaling new brands and establishing agency relationships
- ✓Experience in trade marketing, point-of-sale materials, and in-store merchandising
- ✓Experience with digital marketing and advertising channels
- ✓Analytical skills to forecast trends and make data-driven decisions
