About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Representative to join Lexroom.ai, a legal AI platform trusted by thousands of legal professionals across Europe. This role involves becoming an expert on the platform and acting as a trusted advisor for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Become an expert on Lexroom.ai and act as a trusted advisor for customers, answering support requests and ensuring satisfaction.
- →Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions to monitor customer satisfaction and identify improvement opportunities.
- →Serve as the bridge between customers and internal teams, gathering insights to enhance processes and drive retention.
Requirements
- ✓0-1 year of experience in customer-facing roles (Customer Support, Customer Success, Sales, Operations, or similar).
- ✓Familiarity with sales and customer support tools like HubSpot and Notion.
- ✓Proactive mindset with a passion for problem-solving and working in a fast-growing startup environment.
- ✓Bonus: Law degree (not mandatory but a plus).
- ✓Fluency in Italian and English.
