About the Role
We are looking for a Growth Lead to build, lead, and scale our Growth Team at Lexroom.ai. This role is responsible for driving internal operational excellence and the entire AARRR funnel (acquisition, activation, revenue, retention, referral).
Key Responsibilities
- →Define Growth strategy and prioritization in alignment with company objectives
- →Manage and mentor a cross-functional Growth team (business + technical profiles)
- →Oversee internal and external growth initiatives end-to-end—from ideation to execution and measurement
- →Ensure scalable, data-driven decision-making across the organization
- →Drive continuous improvement through experimentation, automation, and analytical insights
- →Build and maintain integrations, workflows, dashboards, and internal tools using no-code/low-code or custom code
- →Deep-dive into APIs, documentation, and platforms to unlock automation and system connectivity
- →Collaborate closely with leadership to shape how Lexroom.ai scales
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in roles such as product manager, growth manager, operations manager, or similar
- ✓Proven track record of delivering impactful projects in fast-paced environments
- ✓Comfortable with tools like Zapier, Figma, HubSpot Workflows, Notion, Linear, June, or other analytics and automation platforms
- ✓Strong business sense, ability to manage and mentor teams, and technical fluency with no-code/low-code tools as well as the ability to effectively collaborate with developers
- ✓Ability to read and write basic code (e.g., JavaScript, Python) or willingness to learn quickly
- ✓Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and REST principles
- ✓Strong analytical approach with structured problem-solving skills
- ✓Proactive, curious, and bias-to-action mindset
- ✓Excellent communication skills in Italian and English
