About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and grow revenue in the Texas territory for the Standards business, focusing on Reference Materials and Analytical Standards.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own all assigned Commercial accounts and Strategic site-level locations, representing the entire LGC Standards portfolio
- →Identify and close new opportunities from prospecting or marketing-qualified leads
- →Involve additional LGC Standard’s team members and resources to best service customer needs
- →Collaborate with the Sr. Director, Strategic & Commercial Accounts for planning and customer reviews
- →Use LGC’s sales tools to manage prospects, accounts, opportunities, and forecasts
- →Develop an in-depth understanding of key LGC products and their applications
- →Meet and exceed assigned sales targets for LGC Standards
- →Engage with customers to qualify leads, convert prospects, and drive new sales
- →Increase awareness of the LGC Standards brand by organizing and attending events
Requirements
- ✓Experience in sales or account management
- ✓Strong understanding of the Standards business
- ✓Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- ✓Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- ✓Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools
- ✓Knowledge of Reference Materials and Analytical Standards product lines
