About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Director to join our top-tier team at Liftoff, a leading AI-powered performance marketing platform. This role focuses on acquiring and growing new customers for Liftoff’s Accelerate and Direct offerings in the EMEA Region.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead prospecting, acquire and grow new Liftoff customers
→Manage and grow client accounts through a strategic and consultative approach
→Expand product adoption by upselling and cross-selling to existing customers
→Partner with internal cross-functional team members to drive account growth
→Meet and exceed quarterly targets
→Utilize analytical skills to analyze customer performance and identify optimization opportunities
→Attend key industry events and conferences

Requirements

✓8+ years of relevant new business sales experience in in-app programmatic/performance advertising
✓Experience establishing relationships with C-level executives and senior marketers
✓Strategic, consultative, and analytical sales approach
✓Exceptional presentation skills and public speaking experience
✓Ability to represent Liftoff's solution and establish credibility as a subject matter expert
✓Self-disciplined with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
✓Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization
✓Ability to prioritize and multi-task with ease
✓Fluent in English
✓Flexible to travel to client/industry events as required
✓Mobile advertising experience and understanding of MMP attribution
✓Programmatic or ad tech sales experience
✓Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
