About the Role

We are looking for a full-time Account Executive to focus on our Portuguese market. This role involves sourcing potential client opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales growth in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

→Source potential client opportunities via cold calling, email campaigns, and professional network groups
→Focus on the Portuguese market, targeting opportunities and building client relationships
→Respond to incoming product enquiries, referrals, and leads in a timely and effective manner
→Organize face-to-face or online product demonstrations and advanced training sessions
→Keep track of existing clients and generate new sales through upselling
→Negotiate contracts while maintaining optimal service and value
→Build and execute a business development plan to achieve sales targets
→Attend meetings, conferences, and organize regional road shows
→Provide client feedback to the Product Development team
→Track efforts in CRM system and achieve KPIs and targets
→Leverage AI-driven insights and automation to improve sales processes

Requirements

✓Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business, Communication, Economics, or relevant field
✓Proven experience in business development (full sales cycle) in a SaaS company, preferably in hospitality
✓Passion for the travel industry
✓Hunter mentality with the ability to find, solicit, and drive new business
✓Comfortable presenting and promoting products through webinars and tutorials
✓Passion for products and tailoring pitches to audience needs
✓Proactivity and creativity in proposing new ideas and process improvements
✓Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems and related sales tools
✓Fluency in English and Portuguese
✓AI curiosity and performance obsession
