About the Role
We are seeking a driven Account Executive to unlock client opportunities and generate new business. This role involves managing the full sales cycle while acting in the best interest of the client.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and actively manage a defined book of business
- →Research accounts to uncover triggers, buying centers, and whitespace opportunities
- →Conduct deep discovery conversations with decision makers and influencers
- →Travel approximately 40% to meet clients and prospects face-to-face
- →Consult with customers to recommend tailored recruitment solutions
- →Build compelling value narratives for each account
- →Deliver accurate, reliable forecasts with full transparency on risks and upside
- →Develop and execute a strategic territory plan
- →Coach, collaborate and support colleagues by sharing feedback and best practices
Requirements
- ✓Agility, disciplined prospecting, and deep discovery skills
- ✓Relentless drive to exceed quota
- ✓Ability to multi-thread across functions and engage CXO-level stakeholders
- ✓Strong understanding of client needs, challenges, budgets, and success metrics
- ✓Experience in building long-term client trust and strategic partnerships
- ✓Ability to act as a trusted advisor who aligns LinkedIn’s solutions with client goals
