About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join LinkedIn. This role focuses on helping customers achieve significant return on investment and drive business success with LinkedIn products.

Key Responsibilities

→Serve as a Customer Champion and Advocate
→Help Customers realize value from their investment
→Partner on customer retention and expansion
→Advance personal journey with Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging
→Partner with sales counterparts on prioritized customers
→Act as a trusted advisor to end users and their management
→Utilize client usage and industry metrics to derive insights
→Analyze current customer engagement metrics and provide product education
→Track and record customer activity in systems of record
→Identify churn risk and maintain healthy customer engagement levels
→Maintain a deep understanding of LinkedIn products to guide customers
→Interpret customer insights to drive change in product
→Expedite technical and purchase-related escalations
→Minimum travel may be required

Requirements
