About the Role
We are looking for an HR Business Partner to support People Leaders with performance and behavioral management situations across EMEA and LATAM. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a talent team driving cutting-edge HR tactics.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide consultation and coaching to people leaders on individual performance concerns
- →Intake all employee grievances and behavioral concerns, triaging appropriately to ER partners
- →Support and enhance manager capabilities through coaching and implementation of management development programs
- →Analyze data, understand trends, and develop proactive solutions to support business objectives
- →Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to build and operationalize HR processes
- →Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies across talent processes
- →Foster relationships with functional and COE HR Business Partners
- →Develop a deep understanding of LinkedIn to support organizational needs
- →Exemplify and champion LinkedIn’s culture and values
- →Ensure all activities align with compliance rules and procedures
Requirements
