About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager with a strong accounting and financial modeling background to help our customers solve complex financial and operational challenges as they get started with LiveFlow. This role involves acting as a trusted advisor to customers, leveraging accounting expertise and analytical skills to ensure their success.

Key Responsibilities

→Partner closely with customers during their adoption phase to understand their accounting and financial workflows
→Solve complex, often ambiguous customer challenges using strong analytical judgment
→Build and review financial models to support customer use cases
→Translate complex accounting concepts into clear, actionable guidance
→Communicate effectively with stakeholders across finance and operations
→Serve as a trusted problem-solver and subject matter expert

Requirements

✓Strong accounting background with advanced accounting knowledge; CPA, CFA, or investment banking experience preferred
✓Excellent financial modeling skills
✓Experience in investment banking, accounting, or a similarly rigorous financial role
✓Strong interpersonal and communication skills
✓Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
✓Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for problem-solving
