About the Role
We are looking for a Product Onboarding Specialist with German language skills to join our team at Lodgify, a fast-growing scale-up in the vacation rental industry. This role involves guiding new customers through account setup and ongoing support to maximize their use of our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Onboard new customers by assisting them in setting up their Lodgify account, connections, and training via phone calls and screen-sharing
- →Understand customer objectives to correctly set up their account and assist during their customer journey
- →Provide a consultative approach to ensure proper utilization of Lodgify
- →Analyze the customer base and work proactively with your pipeline to improve adoption and drive upgrades
- →Gather customer feedback regarding bugs, improvements, and new functionalities
- →Collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, and other departments to maximize customer value
Requirements
- ✓1+ year of experience as an account manager or onboarding specialist in a high-growth SaaS environment, or a recent graduate with a relevant degree
- ✓Tech-savvy with a full understanding of software
- ✓Native or near-native level of German and English
- ✓Availability to work afternoon shifts
- ✓Experience negotiating and handling commercial conversations with customers
- ✓Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Excellent organization skills and detail-oriented
- ✓Fast learner capable of keeping up with a fast-growing environment
- ✓Experience in the vacation rental software industry is preferred
