About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join Lovable’s team and fuel our growth. This role involves partnering with hiring managers to design hiring plans, source top technical talent, and deliver a high-touch candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions
- →Source candidates through various channels including social media, networking events, and referrals
- →Conduct technical screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
- →Enhance the candidate experience with timely communication and feedback
- →Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future technical roles
- →Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting
- →Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote Lovable as an employer
Requirements
- ✓Experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role, preferably in the tech industry
- ✓Strong understanding of technical roles and the skills required for various positions
- ✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- ✓Proficiency in using ATS (Ashby) and recruitment tools
- ✓Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- ✓Motivation to seek out the best talent and find candidates who align with company values
