About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team at Lovehoney Group in Berlin. This role involves supporting end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple departments, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience while contributing to efficient, data-driven hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
- →Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure a structured, consistent interview process.
- →Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and support recruitment reporting.
- →Deliver an excellent candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and professional engagement throughout the hiring journey.
- →Contribute to employer branding initiatives and sourcing activities across relevant channels.
Requirements
- ✓1–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field (in-house or agency).
- ✓Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- ✓Clear and professional communication skills in English.
- ✓Structured and detail-oriented working style, comfortable handling data and systems.
- ✓A likeness for technology and the usage of AI.
