About the Role
Long View is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Program Manager for their Toronto office. This role involves managing multiple IT programs and ensuring alignment of scope, schedule, and budget to the existing Project Delivery Framework.
Key Responsibilities
- βDeveloping detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports
- βConducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets
- βConnecting and guiding the project team to minimize turnaround and downtime
- βAnalyzing and documenting requirements by liaising with a range of users in the organization
- βLeveraging expertise to support go-live dates identified for the project
- βSupporting a team of the Dynamics team, Business Units, and vendors to deliver agreed upon objectives and measurements, on time and within budget
- βWorking directly with project teams to hit integration goals between Dynamics modules and automate data processing
- βManaging the integration of vendor tasks and tracking and reviewing vendor deliverables
- βRecommending operational strategies and plans that could directly impact results
- βCommunicating with executive leadership on matters of strategic importance
- βGuiding projects from conception to final implementation and measuring the results in a data-driven manner
Requirements
- β10+ years of experience in a business analyst or project manager position with a focus on large-scale enterprise project upgrades and/or implementations
- βIntegrated ERP Deployment experience (ideally with Microsoft D365, AX, or CRM)
- βExperience with Azure DevOps
- βProgram Management with multiple lane/department delivery
- βExperience in a consulting environment or similar fast-paced industry
- βAn analytical mind and creative problem-solving ability
- βExceptional communication skills
- βKnowledge of change and problem management and ability to anticipate risks
- βAbility to build relationships and foster trust with stakeholders, project teams, and project leaders
- βStrong team-oriented mindset with the proven ability to lead on complex IT projects
