About the Role
Lyric is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead and scale talent acquisition efforts across the US and EMEA regions. This is a high-impact role focused on building best-in-class hiring processes and establishing recruiting infrastructure to support Lyric's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own full-cycle recruiting for US-based GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations)
- →Partner with hiring managers to design and execute best-in-class interview processes
- →Build and maintain recruiting metrics and reporting across all hiring activity
- →Develop and own Lyric's employment brand strategy and content
- →Drive outbound sourcing strategies to engage passive talent
- →Deliver exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- →Scale recruiting operations as the company grows
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with GTM hiring in enterprise software, B2B SaaS, or AI/ML businesses
- ✓2+ years of startup or scale-up experience in fast-paced environments
- ✓Proven track record of hiring in high-talent-density environments
- ✓Strong outbound sourcing skills for niche talent
- ✓Deep experience with modern ATS platforms (Ashby preferred)
- ✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- ✓Executive presence and credibility with senior leadership
