About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our team at MagicSchool, the premier generative AI platform for teachers. This role will focus on introducing large and complex school districts in Canada to our platform, ensuring it is procured to alleviate teacher burnout and enhance student learning.
Key Responsibilities
- →Achieve quota by closing deals and developing a robust sales pipeline.
- →Establish MagicSchool as the preferred solution for large K-12 school districts.
- →Build strong relationships with superintendent cabinet members to drive consensus and procurement decisions.
- →Leverage successes in one district to facilitate conversations and sales with neighboring districts.
- →Manage complex procurement, evaluation, and negotiation processes, including legal, RFPs, pilots, and POCs.
- →Collaborate internally with product, finance, success, marketing, and other teams to customize offerings for large districts.
Requirements
- ✓Top seller in previous years.
- ✓Experience with state, strategic, and enterprise business in EdTech (not mid-market).
- ✓Deep connections within Canada.
