The Role
This is a high-impact inbound Account Executive role within Makeβs Sales Assist motion. You will manage a high volume of inbound leads from fast-growing SMBs across EMEA, while also driving Enterprise (ENT) plan adoption, influenced revenue, and contract-based growth.
What Youβll Do:
β’ Close Transactional Enterprise Plan deals where scope, urgency, and value are clearly defined.
β’ Develop clear pathways to the Enterprise Plan, including converting monthly self-service customers into annual contracts.
β’ Guide customers toward high-value automation scenarios aligned with Enterprise capabilities.
β’ Own a large volume of inbound leads across the SMB 50β200 employee segment and qualify or disqualify leads at scale.
β’ Generate Influenced Revenue via website chat (Merlin) with Human-in-the-Loop oversight.
β’ Identify high-potential βdiamondβ accounts ($15K+ opportunity size) and transition them to Account Managers.
β’ Customer Retention and Contract Optimization.
β’ Identify high-consumption, low-value customers and migrate them to contract-based ARR to reduce churn.
β’ Maintain strong pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and CRM discipline.
β’ Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Marketing, and Operations to improve inbound conversion and signal quality.
What Success Looks Like:
β’ High qualification accuracy between Enterprise-ready and non-Enterprise leads.
β’ Strong ARR uplift versus self-serve baseline.
β’ Fast cycle time from inbound signal to Enterprise close or handoff.
β’ Predictable influenced revenue from chat and PLG-driven channels.
β’ Trusted judgment on when to close directly versus escalate.
What Weβre Looking For:
β’ 2+ years of experience in tech sales (AE, Sales Specialist, or strong BDR to AE path).
β’ Comfortable managing high inbound volume and fast-paced execution. You know how to handle volume with discipline, precision, and strong commercial judgment.
β’ Strong discovery, qualification, and value articulation skills.
β’ Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
β’ Experience using Salesforce and modern sales tooling (Lusha, Salesloft)
β’ Highly organized, data-driven, and execution-focused mindset.
Languages:
β’ English: Fluent / near-native level (mandatory).
β’ German, Dutch, or Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) are a strong plus, not mandatory.
