About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join Mangomint, a fast-growing SaaS company that helps salons and spas become more profitable. In this role, you will drive growth by engaging with prospects and helping small to medium-sized salons discover how Mangomint can transform their business.
Key Responsibilities
- →Contact cold leads through calling, emailing, and other outreach methods to book demos
- →Update and manage CRM data in Salesforce
- →Educate yourself on prospects and understand their needs
- →Be part of a new team of BDRs building a winning formula
- →Exceed your quota to help your teammates and company succeed
- →Work in-office in San Diego
Requirements
- ✓Currently located in San Diego and excited about working in-office
- ✓1 year of sales experience (SMB SaaS preferred) or recent graduate
- ✓Proven history of personal and professional excellence
- ✓Commitment to professional growth and development
- ✓Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and Nooks
- ✓Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- ✓Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-driven
- ✓Passion for helping small businesses (experience in salon/spa industry a plus)
