About the Role
We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager to join Mapbox, the leading real-time location platform. This role involves building and owning relationships with Mapbox’s most strategic customers across the Nordics and Benelux, driving new business revenues, and presenting compelling technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and own relationships with Mapbox’s most strategic customers across the Nordics and Benelux
- →Source new business revenues from a defined list of strategic accounts
- →Combine Mapbox building blocks with deep customer knowledge to present compelling technical solutions
- →Communicate customer/prospect needs and industry patterns back to Mapbox product teams
- →Develop and execute strategies to expand Mapbox’s adoption in key industry verticals
Requirements
- ✓Strong technical sales aptitude demonstrated through industry experience and size and complexity of deals closed
- ✓Strong prospecting skills using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and identification tools
- ✓Ability to navigate complex customer relationships and develop trust with engineers and developers up to C-level leadership
- ✓Ability to collaborate across Mapbox teams including engineering, support, and marketing
- ✓Deep curiosity, empathy, and grit
- ✓High level of diligence in capturing, updating, and reporting key data
