About the Role
We are looking for an Employer Brand Manager to join Melio, where you will lead the strategy and execution for Employer Branding, Employee Experience, and internal Learning initiatives. This role involves managing global social channels, producing high-impact content and videos, and organizing events to enhance Melio’s culture and reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage employer branding programs and meetups
- →Produce and execute Melio booth presence at conferences
- →Create and manage content showcasing tech initiatives, culture, people, and the employee experience
- →Maintain and operate Melio’s existing communities
- →Manage Melio social media channels and track Glassdoor presence
- →Create videos for company milestones and events
- →Facilitate internal events like hackathons and learning initiatives
- →Partner with Talent Acquisition to support hiring through employer brand initiatives
- →Organize and run onboarding days for new employees
Requirements
- ✓Creator Portfolio: Proven ability to create video and static assets independently
- ✓AI Proficiency: Demonstrated experience using AI tools for content creation, copywriting, or design
- ✓Execution Mindset: High energy, ability to move fast, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- ✓Proven end-to-end experience running employer brand campaigns
- ✓Strong understanding of employer branding, digital channels, and social media platforms
- ✓Highly proactive, resourceful, and creative, with a strong ownership and execution mindset
- ✓Communication: Native-level Hebrew & proficiency in English (Written and Spoken)
