About the Role

We are looking for a TA Operations Specialist to join Codeway, a mobile app development company with a global footprint. This role focuses on managing and optimizing the hiring process to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage and improve the hiring process using Lever or another ATS
→Maintain structured workflows, templates, pipelines, and automation rules
→Coordinate daily recruitment operations: scheduling, candidate communication, status management
→Conduct regular audits to ensure GDPR compliance and alignment with employment policies
→Run reports and dashboards on hiring performance, pipeline health, and recruiting budget
→Implement and manage AI-powered recruitment tools to improve workflow efficiency
→Support employer branding activities: content creation, social media updates, events, and campaigns

Requirements

✓2–4 years of experience in recruitment coordination, TA operations, HR operations, or similar
✓Hands-on experience with ATS systems — Lever and Greenhouse experience is a strong plus
✓Strong understanding of GDPR and recruitment compliance requirements
✓Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
✓Strong communication skills and a candidate-first mindset
✓Tech-savvy, with a passion for improving processes and using AI/automation
✓Collaborative and proactive — someone who anticipates needs and solves problems before they escalate
✓Fluent in English with excellent communication and collaboration skills
