About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Customer Success Manager to ensure the success and satisfaction of our valued customers. This role requires a deep understanding of MeridianLink products, the financial industry, and the ability to effectively manage and resolve customer issues.

- ✓Proficiency with Salesforce and Gainsight
- ✓Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and conferencing systems
- ✓Ability to analyze and solve complex problems
- ✓Business acumen to understand customer goals
- ✓Experience engaging with senior leadership
