About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to be the first point of contact for our Horeca clients. You will help them with questions, solve problems, and ensure an excellent customer experience following the first time right principle.
Key Responsibilities
- →Answer questions from our Horeca clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- →Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- →Collaborate with other departments such as sales and logistics to efficiently handle customer requests
- →Contribute to optimal customer satisfaction by maintaining a proactive and service-oriented attitude
- →Maintain customer data and administration in the CRM system
- →Support existing customers with questions about orders, invoices, and reports
- →Play an important and inspiring role in supporting potential customers, helping them find the best solutions for their needs
- →Support our Cash&Carry Manager in administrative matters
Requirements
- ✓Experience in customer service, preferably in the Horeca sector
- ✓Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
- ✓Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ✓Proficiency in using CRM systems
- ✓Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
