About the Role
We are seeking a Learning Specialist to design and implement effective learning initiatives that align with organizational goals. This role focuses on enhancing employee skills, knowledge, and performance to prepare the company for future challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the development and implementation of an overall framework for Learning & Development to enhance MAKRO learning journey and learning culture
- →Drive continued implementation and usage of our LMS and other digital solutions for learning to create an attractive and accessible marketplace for learning
- →Develop a global framework around skills/core competencies in collaboration with stakeholders, along with a process for regular evaluation of individual and organizational competence needs
- →Drive development and implementation of global common learning and development concepts, such as leadership development and change management, in cooperation with the Corporate Learning team
- →Follow up on L&D KPIs to support strategic decisions
- →Ensure budget management
Requirements
- ✓Experience in designing and implementing learning initiatives
- ✓Strong understanding of Learning & Development frameworks
- ✓Proficiency in LMS and digital learning solutions
- ✓Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and drive global learning concepts
- ✓Knowledge of L&D KPIs and budget management
