About the Role
The Content Creator will develop and manage engaging content for Avani+ Fares Maldives, enhancing the resort’s online and offline presence across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- →Understand business strategy and positioning to articulate the brand’s unique selling points across all communication channels.
- →Develop and execute a monthly social media content calendar for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- →Design and develop engaging social media content, including Instagram Stories, Reels, carousels, and single posts.
- →Plan, create, and execute high-quality photography and videography for digital platforms and advertising campaigns.
- →Conduct monthly audits and update the resort’s website to ensure content remains fresh and engaging.
- →Maintain digital commercial collaterals and photography updated on sharing platforms.
- →Monitor content performance and engagement metrics across platforms to optimize strategies.
- →Assist with campaign development and execution, working closely with the e-commerce team.
- →Stay informed about competitor offerings and industry trends to ensure a competitive edge in content and marketing efforts.
- →Maintain proficiency in industry-standard tools like Photoshop, Lightroom, and video editing software.
- →Work closely with operational teams to ensure the accurate delivery of the brand’s promise through content initiatives.
Requirements

- ✓Ability to work closely with operational teams and corporate marketing teams.
