About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager – Leisure & MICE to join our team and play a key role in positioning our hotels as preferred destinations for both leisure and business travelers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Proactively promote the regions brands across local, domestic, and international markets.
- →Secure new business and manage existing key accounts to maximize revenue potential.
- →Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel partners, and event organizers.
- →Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- →Represent the company at trade shows, travel functions, roadshows, and sales trips.
- →Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of client expectations.
Requirements
- ✓Over 5 years’ experience in hotel sales, preferably within the Leisure and/or MICE markets.
- ✓Strong network of industry contacts and the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.
- ✓Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- ✓Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
- ✓Willingness to travel and represent the hotel at industry events.
